The SQLHelp.ini file is a simple text file that you should create in the same folder as the SQL batches. This file is used to contain project specific information. The SQLHelp.ini file is the only valid location for ##CO tags and ##PR tags.
The ##AT tag is also valid syntax for SQLHelp.ini. In addition to allowing the definition of new object groups, the ##AT tag, when used in SQLHelp.ini, can define the text displayed with the stock groupings of Cursors, Returns Data, Modifies Data, Executes Procedures, and Transactional
