##TR Tag

When running in annotation override mode, the ##TR tag defines a procedure which is intended to be transactional. Normally this tag will only be required if there are no transactional elements present in the batch, or if a misread of the transactional nature of the batch occurs.

This tag is ignored when not running in annotation override mode.
