SQLHelp - User Interface
The SQLHelp user interface uses a simple wizard philosophy. You enter the various
elements of information the tool looks for, and it goes about its merry way to
generate HTML Help representing the database procedures in your project.
The wizard pages are:
- Licensing Like all software products, SQLHelp has a licensing agreement that grants you,
the user, the ability to use the product, as long as you play nice.
- Registration Since SQLHelp is distributed via the shareware
and trialware channels, the version you have now
probably has 90% of the feature set working. Registration gives you that lacking
10%, and is well worth the price. Registration can be made by
going to Pikauba.com
- Step 1 is literally the first step a registered user sees when running the program.
- Step 2 prompts you to select the directory where the source files, and destination
files should be located. You are also able to set various project
level options that will govern this project.
- Step 3 prompts you to select the files to form part of the project.
- Step 4 displays the progress as the
project is compiled.
- Step 5 is displayed when processing has
completed and offers the option of exiting SQLHelp or continuing with
the same or different projects.
Additional user interface pages are:
- Testing of components
SQLHelp has the ability to test your system to verify that all the
components it requires to function are installed and accessible.
