Here you will hopefully find the answers to the questions or issues that are keeping you from getting the most of your tool. We are starting out small, but as your feedback comes in, we hope to make the support area the first place to go to resolve any issues. Once we find a resolution to an issue, it will be posted to this site. If it involves changes to the code of the tool, we will let all users who have expressed a desire in obtaining the fix aware of the availability via email. If you are sending in a bug report, please use the following format:
Name of Product: (We won't be able to help much without this) Version: (Also a required field. The version number is in the title bar of the tool.) File Date Time Stamp: (This is the executable date and time.) Download Location: (Some sites archive applications, you might have an older version) Step of Execution: (Our tools use the Wizard concept. Each step is noted in the title bar) Machine Configuration: (CPU Type, Speed and RAM) Software Configuration: (OS Version, Internet Explorer Version, etc) Other Details: (Be as specific as you can)
One last detail, please allow up to 24 hours for turnaround on your requests.
